TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING A BONUS FOR NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
Official Bonus Program Regulations
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1.These Terms and Conditions define the procedure and rules for granting bonuses to new customers in the "MONET" electronic wallet created by "MIPAY" LLC payment and settlement organization (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization").
1.2.The purpose of the bonus program is to attract new customers to the payment services provided by the Organization and to stimulate the active use of the Organization's services.
1.3.Participation in the bonus program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of and agreement with these Terms and Conditions by the customer.
2. NEW CUSTOMER
2.1.For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a "new customer" shall mean any natural person who was not registered as a customer in the Organization's system prior to participating in the bonus program.
2.2.An individual who previously held an active or closed customer account/profile with the Organization, or who previously utilized services of the Organization that require customer registration, shall not be considered a new customer.
2.3.The Organization reserves the right to verify the customer's prior registration status.
3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING THE BONUS
3.1.To receive the bonus, the customer must:
a)Register in the Organization's system;
b)Successfully complete the customer identification and Know Your Customer (KYC) / due diligence process established by the Organization;
c)Provide the Organization with accurate, complete, and verifiable required information;
d)Activate the electronic wallet and link a bank card.
3.2.Upon full and complete fulfillment of these conditions, the customer shall be granted a one-time bonus in the amount of AMD 2,000 (two thousand Armenian Drams).
3.3.The bonus shall be credited to the customer's account / electronic wallet registered in the Organization's system upon successful completion of all actions specified in Clause 3.1 of these Terms.
3.4.The bonus shall be granted to a single individual only once, regardless of the number of accounts or registrations created by such individual in the Organization's system.
4. KYC/AML AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
4.1.The bonus shall be granted solely if the customer's registration and identification comply strictly with the requirements set forth by applicable law and the internal legal regulations of the Organization.
4.2.The Organization reserves the right to suspend or withhold the bonus if there are reasonable grounds for conducting additional due diligence, enhanced identification, or applying other compliance measures regarding the customer.
4.3.The provision of the bonus shall under no circumstances be construed as a waiver or circumvention by the Organization of customer identification, due diligence (KYC/AML), or other mandatory statutory procedures.
5. PREVENTION OF ABUSE
5.1.Within the framework of the program, the following are strictly prohibited:
a)Multiple registrations carried out by a single individual;
b)Unauthorized use of personal or account details of third parties;
c)Provision of false, inaccurate, fraudulent, or incomplete information;
d)Abuse of the bonus program through technical, software, or any other unauthorized means;
e)Conducting artificial, sham, or fictitious transactions solely for the purpose of obtaining the bonus.
5.2.In the event of abuse or violation of these Terms, the Organization reserves the right to refuse granting the bonus or to cancel/revoke any previously granted bonus, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. TERMS OF BONUS USAGE
6.1.The bonus may be utilized exclusively for the purpose of using payment services provided by the Organization.
6.2.The bonus funds cannot be cashed out or withdrawn in cash.
6.3.The validity period of the bonus is 10 (ten) calendar days from the moment of receipt.
6.4.Any unused bonus balance following the expiration of the specified period shall be automatically cancelled and forfeited.
7. NON-GRANTING AND CANCELLATION OF BONUS
7.1.The bonus shall not be granted if:
a)The customer does not meet the criteria of a new customer;
b)The customer has failed to complete the identification process;
c)The customer has failed to perform the mandatory actions prescribed by the program;
d)Inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent data has been provided;
e)Abuse of the program or breach of these Terms has been detected.
7.2.If the bonus was granted erroneously or in breach of the program terms, the Organization reserves the right to cancel/claw back the bonus in compliance with applicable legislation.
8. PROGRAM TERM AND AMENDMENTS
8.1.The bonus program is valid until December 31, 2026 inclusive.
8.2.The Organization reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or terminate the bonus program at its sole discretion.
8.3.Amendments to the program shall not apply to cases where the customer has already fully fulfilled the terms required to obtain the bonus prior to the effective date of the amendment, except as otherwise required by law.
9. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
9.1.Personal data provided by the customer within the framework of participation in the program shall be processed by the Organization for the purposes of customer identification, provision of services, bonus allocation, fraud/abuse prevention, and fulfillment of other legal requirements.
9.2.The processing of personal data shall be performed in strict accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and internal policies and procedures established by the Organization.
10. FINAL PROVISIONS
10.1.Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the internal regulations of the Organization, and the terms of the public offer agreement.
10.2.In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the agreement entered into with the customer, the provisions of the law and the relevant agreement shall prevail.
10.3.Information regarding the bonus program shall be published on the official website of the Organization, in the mobile application, and/or through other official communication platforms operated by the Organization.
